Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are picked and dispatched the same day. Standard post is free on orders over $75.

• Standard post — 3–5 business days.
• Express courier — 1–2 business days, tracked.
• International — 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Shipping is priced by parcel weight, shown before you pay. Duties and import taxes on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.

Returns

Return anything unused within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return from your order page, or use the order lookup if you checked out as a guest.

Faulty goods are replaced or refunded regardless of the 30-day window. Static-sensitive components must come back in their original packaging.
