How do volume discounts work?
Prices drop automatically at 10 and 100 units — the tiers are on every product page. If an item is also on sale, you pay whichever is cheaper; discounts are never stacked.
Do you charge VAT?
We charge tax only where we are registered to collect it. EU prices include VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT number are reverse charged and pay 0% VAT.
Can I order from a bill of materials?
Yes. Paste your BOM into the bulk order page — one line per part, using our SKU, product ID or name, with the quantity leading or trailing. We match each line and show you what we found before anything is added.
What does NRND mean on a product page?
Not Recommended for New Designs. The part still works and we still stock it, but we would not build a new product around it. End of Life means we will not restock once it is gone.
Something is out of stock — will it come back?
Use the Notify Me button on the product page and we will email you once, when it is back.
What is in a kit?
Every kit lists its components and what they would cost separately. Kit availability is limited by whichever component is scarcest.
